Returns & Refunds

Wavee offers an easy and reasonable returns and refund policy on all items sold online.
Because selecting the correct apparel size when purchasing from a new brand can sometimes be tricky, Wavee includes a pre-paid return label with every order to reduce the worry of getting the wrong size and make any necessary return quick and easy.
WHAT Can Be Returned?
Wavee has full confidence in the quality of its products, which is why we happily offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Products can be returned if you suspect they are defective or are simply unhappy.
At the time of return request, we may ask for photos to be emailed to verify condition of goods.
Please contact Wavee via email at info@wavee.cc with your order number and the reason you want to return or exchange your order. Only once we have issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number you will be able to process your return.

HOW Do I Return Items?
Within your order, there will be a reply-paid consignment label, which you will need to use to return the item(s). Before returning the item, a customer must be issued with a RMA number. To obtain an RMA, please email info@wavee.cc outlining the reason for return request.
When returning an item, you can either use the original packaging it came in, or another similar size package. Please take care to ensure item is packed carefully to minimise damage when transported.

SHIPPING Charges For Returns
Original shipping charges are refundable in cases where the refund/exchange is due to an error on our part (i.e. wrong size/colour etc). In cases where the customer has changed their mind, there are no additional charges when using the enclosed return label.

REFUNDS & CREDITS For Returns
At the time of issuing an RMA, we will confirm when and how the customer will be credited for the returned item and the method by which the customer will be refunded (i.e. PayPal, Mastercard/Visa, EFT etc). Our usual practice is to refund the customer using the same method by which they paid. Refunds will be processed within five days of receiving the item.

Packing Materials
All items need to be packaged using best possible care to ensure minimal risk of damage during transport. This would entail the use of bubble wrap or similar wrapping to minimise chance of scratch to product. In cases where the product comes in a suitable protective packaging, then additional packaging is not required. The customer accepts liability for damages that may occur to item during transit.
